We are looking for a dynamic sales leader that can motivate and lead teams to produce exceptional results. In this position you will manage the sales and clinical teams for their assigned territory and nurture our culture of trust, honor, and integrity. You will also manage and partner with the Region Clinical Manager who is responsible for oversight and direction of the clinical consultant team members. You must showcase proven success developing & executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Direct the region's sales activities that result in meeting annual growth and revenue objectives
- Lead/manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members.
- Directs the sales performance in specified region
- Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactively managing performance.
- Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
- Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales
- Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
- Collaborate with cross functional departments within the organizations in order to support region growth.
