  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
